    • Desk clerk services;

    • Flight document check, informing passengers about visa rules of the host country, as well as warning about carriage of articles as set forth in the air transport ban list;

    • Personal accompaniment of a passenger to the check-in desk;

    • Organization of registration, flight and passenger baggage checks-in;

    • Offer of priority seats on board of the aircraft and assistance in a passenger accommodation;

    • Passenger baggage wrap and handling;

    • If required, aid and recommendations on filling in customs declaration of a passenger;

    • Personal accompaniment of a passenger at aviation security check service to Customs and Border monitoring points;

    • For comfort and productive pastime before departure (about 2 hours), personal accompaniment and accommodation of passengers in Baku VIP Lounge hall equipped with soft furniture and excellent interior, telephone, fax and Internet (including Wİ-Fİ), periodicals, separate room for smokers, cable television, etc.);

  • FOR ARRIVING:

    • Reserve round the clock service;

    • Meeting a passenger at the ladder and assistance in delivering carry-on baggage to a car;

    • If a passenger has a baggage, take a nameplate from a passenger and give it to a skycap for identification;

    • Delivery of a passenger by car from the ladder to Baku VIP Lounge hall;

    • Acceptance of baggage by a skycap from a baggage reservoir and its delivery to a desk clerk at the entrance to Baku VIP Lounge hall (from apron);

    • When it comes to passenger’s visa processing, assist him in visa rules;

    • For comfort and productive pastime before departure (about 2 hours), personal accompaniment and accommodation of passengers in Baku VIP Lounge hall equipped with soft furniture and excellent interior, telephone, fax and Internet (including Wİ-Fİ), periodicals, separate room for smokers, cable television, etc.);

    • If required, assistance and recommendations on filling in a passenger’s customs declaration;
    • Personal accompaniment of a passenger to the Aviation security and border monitoring points in the first turn – personal accompaniment of a passenger to the waiting hall;
